Treasury Risk Manager
A financial risk advisory boutique is seeking a Treasury Risk Manager to join the team focused on partnering with corporate treasury organizations and financial institutions to help manage financial risk, optimize treasury functions, and support strategic decision-making. The position offers exposure to liquidity management, market risk, derivatives, hedging strategies, and treasury transformation initiatives while working directly with a diverse client base on complex financial challenges.
- Partner with treasury and finance teams to identify, assess, and manage risks related to funding, liquidity, foreign exchange, interest rates, and other market exposures.
- Support the development, evaluation, and ongoing monitoring of risk mitigation and hedging programs.
- Analyze financial and treasury data, prepare reporting and analytics, and deliver insights that support business and treasury decision-making.
- Contribute to treasury transformation initiatives, including process optimization, system implementations, and operational enhancements.
- 4+ years of experience within treasury risk, treasury operations, corporate treasury, financial risk management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of risk management concepts, including derivatives(FX forwards, swaps, options, interest rate swaps, caps and futures), hedging strategies, and exposure analysis.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
