About the Role
As a Transaction Advisory Services Manager, you will play a critical role helping private equity and strategic buyers navigate complex buy‑side and sell‑side transactions. You'll lead financial due diligence engagements, uncover key performance drivers, and provide the insights that guide high‑stakes M&A decisions across industries including technology, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, government contracting, hospitality, and more.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
