Purpose of the Role
This role provides central coordination across several trading desks and supports the development and execution of strategic initiatives. You will help convert trading priorities into structured and actionable programmes while ensuring alignment between trading, technology, product, operations and risk teams. The position offers governance, delivery oversight and cross team coordination, enabling traders to focus on market execution. It also supports the expansion of capabilities into new asset classes, including fixed income and cash bonds.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Build and maintain the annual business programme and roadmap.
- Structure key initiatives and design planning frameworks.
- Facilitate workshops gather trader and stakeholder input and ensure continuous updates throughout the year.
- Translate high level priorities into detailed plans timelines and deliverables.
Programme and Delivery Management
- Coordinate product and capability rollouts across fixed income cash bonds and equity related products.
- Track progress across cross functional teams and global regions.
- Manage dependencies across technology risk operations legal and product areas.
- Provide governance structure and visibility around major initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central coordinator between trading product operations technology and risk teams.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure alignment.
- Escalate issues remove obstacles and sustain delivery momentum.
Global Coordination
- Work with trading teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- Support global market access programmes and wider trading initiatives.
- Align regional workstreams under a unified roadmap and governance model.
Location
The role is based in Dublin Ireland and operates on a hybrid working model.

Candidate Profile
Core Requirements
- A stable career background ideally with five or more years in a single organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management experience across trading technology and operations.
- Background in business strategy trading desk management COO functions programme delivery or multi asset operations.
- Highly structured thinker able to build frameworks roadmaps and governance processes.
- Comfortable managing multi region stakeholders and complex delivery timelines.
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to fixed income exchange traded funds or multi asset trading environments.
- Experience within broker dealers market makers capital markets teams or consulting firms supporting trading operations.
