Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple client engagements, overseeing scope, execution, and deliverables.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and stakeholders, offering strategic guidance and insight.
- Manage and mentor teams of Associates and Analysts, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Develop and review complex financial models, including 3-statement projections and 13-week cash flows.
- Prepare strategic business plans, profitability analyses, and board-level presentations.
- Support liquidity management and, when needed, step into interim leadership roles within client organizations.
- Contribute to firm growth through marketing, networking, and business development efforts.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in restructuring/turnaround consulting.
- Proven track record leading engagements and managing teams.
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling, liquidity forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- High energy, adaptability, and a collaborative, hands-on leadership style.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA, CPA, CFA, or CTP preferred.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 30%) and work on-site with clients as needed.
Expected Compensation:
Base Salary: $170k - $200k
Bonus: ~20-50% Discretionary
