Tech Ops Engineer
We are seeking a TechOps Engineer to support and enhance the engineering platforms and development tooling used across a global technology-driven organization. This role will focus on maintaining critical software development platforms, supporting internal users, troubleshooting complex technical issues, improving platform reliability, and driving automation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support developer tooling platforms used across the software development lifecycle.
- Investigate and resolve platform incidents, service requests, and user issues.
- Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and capacity to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Troubleshoot and support CI/CD pipelines, integrations, and deployment workflows.
- Perform platform upgrades, maintenance activities, configuration changes, and performance tuning.
- Partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and runbooks.
- Identify recurring issues and implement long-term improvements through automation and process optimization.
- Participate in an on-call rotation supporting business-critical development platforms.
- Contribute to modernization and migration initiatives across the tooling ecosystem.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in TechOps, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Operations.
- Strong experience administering software development and collaboration platforms.
- Experience supporting artifact repositories and software package management solutions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Experience supporting Kubernetes-based environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, integrations, and infrastructure.
- Experience diagnosing performance issues and supporting high-availability production environments.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and software delivery pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
