What You'll Do
- Lead architecture and development of AI‑driven agent systems using LLMs, generative AI models, and reinforcement learning.
- Drive end‑to‑end technical strategy for AI platform components, ensuring scalability, robustness, and security.
- Guide and mentor engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and delivery discipline.
- Build reliable, compliant AI pipelines suitable for regulated environments (e.g., finance, insurance, public sector).
- Implement and optimize LLM‑powered systems including RAG pipelines, vector storage, orchestration layers, and evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate with product and domain specialists to turn operational workflows into intelligent, automated AI systems.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including technical leadership.
- Expertise with Generative AI, LLMs, multi‑agent systems, or RL‑based automation.
- Strong backend experience with modern engineering stacks (e.g., Python, FastAPI, cloud‑native platforms).
- Proven track record building and deploying AI systems in production.
- Strong focus on reliability, observability, data quality, and responsible AI practices.
- Ability to operate in fast‑paced, ambitious, product‑driven environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated environments such as insurance, fintech, compliance, or risk‑heavy operations.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools, workflow engines, or enterprise automation systems.
- Background in AI safety, governance, or model evaluation frameworks.
