The Role
As a Senior Software Developer, you will join a highly collaborative engineering team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining backend services and applications. You will work closely with product, infrastructure, and engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and services.
- Build and optimize backend systems using Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
- Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Support the deployment and monitoring of production applications.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technology roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across the team.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with Python development.
- Experience building and maintaining distributed or cloud-based systems.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
- Experience working with REST APIs and microservices architectures.
- Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of data processing or event-driven architectures.
- Experience working in high-availability or performance-sensitive environments.
- Exposure to infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
