Senior Financial Controller
Voor onze klant, een internationale tradingfirma in Amsterdam, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Senior Financial Controller. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de financiële betrouwbaarheid en het ondersteunen van strategische besluitvorming binnen een dynamische en internationale omgeving.
Je werkt nauw samen met het senior management en fungeert als sparringpartner voor de CFO.
Kernverantwoordelijkheden:
- Opstellen en analyseren van financiële rapportages (maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen) conform IFRS en lokale wetgeving
- Coördineren van het externe auditproces en onderhouden van contacten met accountants
- Toezien op compliance met fiscale en financiële regelgeving
- Optimaliseren van interne financiële processen en controles
- Ondersteunen bij budgettering, forecasting en financiële planning
- Rapporteren aan het management over financiële prestaties en risico's
- Begeleiden en coachen van junior teamleden
Profiel van de kandidaat:
- RA-titel (Registeraccountant) is een sterke pré
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in financiële controle
- Ervaring bij een Big Four-accountantskantoor is een sterke pré
- Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail
- Proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals SAP of Oracle is een plus
