Quantitative Strategist- FX Market Making (Remote)
We are partnering with a newly formed high-frequency FX market making firm, established last year with a team of industry veterans. The team is scaling its pricing and execution capabilities. The firm is developing a data-driven, systematic approach to liquidity provision. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and directly influence trading strategy and performance.
They are looking for someone that can develop and enhance pricing algorithms by analyzing market data, order flow, and trading behavior, while building and back testing quantitative models to optimize spreads, execution quality, and risk-adjusted performance. You will be working on a global team of industry experts.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance pricing and market-making models
- Analyze market data, order flow, and trading behavior
- Build frameworks for spread optimization and execution performance
Required skills:
- Strong background in quantitative finance, statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering, or computer science
- Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python
- Experience with pricing, execution, or market-making models
- Knowledge of market structure and electronic trading systems
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
