QIS Analyst
Senior QIS Quant (VP) - Equity Derivatives | Paris
We are working with a leading European investment bank looking to hire a Senior Quantitative Analyst (VP) within their Equity QIS (Quantitative Investment Strategies) team.
You will play a key role in building and scaling a next-generation QIS platform, focused on the design, backtesting and launch of proprietary indices, working closely with trading, structuring, IT and risk. This is a high-impact role with strong room for growth and progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop systematic equity strategies (QIS)
- Build and enhance index backtesting frameworks
- Support launch of new proprietary indices
- Partner with trading and structuring teams on pricing and product development
- Drive innovation and industrialisation of quant tools
Requirements:
- 6-10 years' experience in Front Office Quant / QIS
- Strong background in systematic strategies and index construction
- Solid coding skills (C++ / C# preferred)
- Experience building robust, scalable quant platforms
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
