Product Manager
Barclays is undertaking a full-scale replatforming of its FX business - replacing 20+ years of legacy infrastructure with a modern, scalable, and client-centric technology stack. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact initiative backed by senior leadership, where you'll help shape the future of electronic FX trading.
As an eFX Product VP, you'll work at the intersection of trading, sales, and technology to deliver tools that improve execution, reduce friction, and modernise the desk's operating model. You'll be instrumental in driving delivery, challenging assumptions, and bringing clarity to complex workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead product delivery across the FX replatforming initiative, from concept to rollout
- Partner with front-office stakeholders (traders, sales) to understand pain points and define product requirements
- Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications, working closely with engineering and design teams
- Drive agile delivery, prioritising features that deliver measurable impact to execution quality and workflow efficiency
- Challenge legacy assumptions and help reimagine how FX should operate in a modern, digital-first environment
- Own product roadmaps, backlog grooming, and sprint planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams
