Location: Remote (NY, FL, PA, NJ Focus)
Salary: $120K Base + Commission + Equity
Our client, an AI-native, next-generation Medical Professional Liability (MPL) brokerage, is seeking a high-potential Producer to join their founding team. Built from the ground up to modernize the MPL space, this firm leverages advanced data infrastructure, AI-driven workflows, and carrier-integrated technology to give producers a faster, cleaner, and more scalable way to win business.
This is not a traditional retail brokerage. Their platform is purpose-built for production, eliminating friction, accelerating submissions, and enabling top performers to build meaningful books and long-term equity in a high-growth environment.
What You'll Do:
* Build and scale a Medical Professional Liability book of business across key markets (NY, FL, PA, NJ)
* Own full-cycle production: sourcing, structuring, marketing, and closing new business
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, physician groups, and healthcare organizations
* Leverage AI-enabled workflows and data-driven tools to streamline submissions and quoting
* Collaborate with leadership to shape early-stage go-to-market strategy and brokerage processes
* Operate with autonomy in a high-performance, build-mode environment
What We're Looking For:
* 5-6 years of experience in insurance brokerage, ideally within MPL or healthcare liability
* Experience at a retail brokerage
* Proven exposure to or contribution toward a large book of business
* Strong relationships across carriers and/or healthcare markets
* Producer mindset: hunger to build, not maintain
* Coachable, high-upside individual looking to accelerate career trajectory
