Private Quant Fund Sales Trader
- Liaise with brokers to ensure seamless market access and trading connectivity.
- Support the sales team in executing trades and managing client relationships.
- Assist in onboarding new brokers and maintaining trading infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize electronic trading workflows.
- Provide insights and feedback on trading performance and system efficiency.
- Currently employed in the electronic trading department of a global brokerage.
- Strong understanding of broker connectivity and market access protocols.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Less than 2 years of professional experience.
- Motivated to transition into a fund-side role with exposure to quant strategies.
- Familiarity with FIX protocol, OMS/EMS systems, and exchange connectivity.
- Exposure to quantitative trading environments or algorithmic execution.
- Experience working with cross-border teams or clients.
