The firm partners with founder-led and privately held businesses across a variety of sectors and has established a strong track record of investing in and scaling market-leading companies.
With an active investment pipeline and significant growth initiatives underway, the firm is looking for a Private Equity Associate who will play a meaningful role in evaluating, executing, and managing private equity investments alongside senior investment professionals. This Private Equity Associate position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across the full private equity investment life cycle while working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Private Equity Associate Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of investment banking experience from a reputable institution
- Strong financial modeling, M&A, valuation, analytical, and communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long-term career in private equity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Private Equity Associate Responsibilities:
- Evaluate private equity investment opportunities through financial analysis, market research, and due diligence
- Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment committee materials
- Support transaction execution and work alongside management teams, lenders, and third-party advisors
- Assist with portfolio company monitoring and value creation initiatives
