The Role
The business is seeking a Platform Strategy Producer to lead the creation of social‑first content across all major channels. This person will collaborate with designers, video producers, and senior leadership to transform research insights, interviews, and brand campaigns into compelling digital assets-short‑form clips, animations, graphics, and more.
This role blends strategy and production. You'll shape the narrative, manage the content pipeline, and ensure everything published is aligned, intentional, and built for engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the central producer for all social content across company and executive channels
Partner with the CMO to concept and execute creative, high‑impact campaigns
Manage the social content calendar and ensure consistent, timely publishing
Work cross‑functionally with design, video, writing, and digital teams
Track performance metrics and audience behavior to refine strategy
Maintain alignment with brand voice, compliance requirements, and business goals
Who You Are
A detail‑oriented content producer with strong instincts for storytelling and social strategy
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and managing multiple priorities
A proactive collaborator who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑expectation environments
A power user of LinkedIn with experience growing both personal and brand audiences
Required Experience
5+ years in social media, content development, or digital marketing (finance/professional services preferred)
Strong writing, editing, and short‑form video skills
Proven ability to manage multiple channels and projects simultaneously
Experience with CRM and analytics platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Hands‑on mindset with the ability to ideate, execute, and optimize quickly
Preferred Experience
Background in or exposure to asset management, RIAs, or compliance‑heavy industries
Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads
