Key Skills and Experience
Sales Expertise: At least seven years of experience in equity derivatives sales, with a proven ability to drive results in a competitive market.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Finnish and other Nordic languages, enabling effective communication with clients in the region.
Client Coverage: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships across institutional clients in multiple geographies.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of equity flow products and their application in meeting client needs.
