Marketing Manager - HNW Insurance Broker
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to assist with premium events and marketing initiatives for High‑Net‑Worth (HNW) insurance business in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for someone who excels in luxury‑grade event execution, brand building, and integrated marketing.
What You'll Do
- Assist with end‑to‑end planning of premium client events: private dinners, seminars, lifestyle experiences, and partner events
- Develop event concepts, guest targeting, communications, and post‑event follow‑up
- Create integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and content channels
- Strengthen brand positioning and produce high‑quality marketing materials
- Manage vendors, agencies, budgets, and partnerships with insurers and luxury brands
- Support sales teams with event-driven engagement strategies
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in marketing, events, or brand activation (financial services or luxury preferred)
- Proven track record in delivering premium, high-touch events
- Strong writing, storytelling, and project management skills
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and HNW clients
- English, Cantonese and Mandarin required
