Legal Director - Quant
岗位职责
- 全面负责基金及管理人层面的法律与合规事务，为量化基金的日常运营和业务发展提供法律支持；
- 负责 私募基金设立、备案及持续合规，包括中基协相关申报、变更、信息披露等事项；
- 主导并审核各类 基金文件及法律文本，包括但不限于基金合同、章程、募集文件、补充协议等；
- 负责与 外部律所、监管机构及第三方服务机构 的沟通与协调；
- 支持基金的 投资及交易相关法律事务，包括交易结构、协议审核、合规审查及风险提示；
- 负责公司层面的 日常法律事务，如公司治理、内部制度建设、合规培训及法律风险管理；
- 跟踪并解读 私募基金、量化投资及金融监管政策，及时向管理层提供合规建议；
- 根据业务发展需要，参与或支持 新业务、新策略或新产品 的合规评估与落地。
任职要求
- 法律相关专业本科及以上学历，具备中国法律职业资格证；
- 8-12 年左右法律/合规相关工作经验，具备私募基金、资管、券商、律所或金融机构背景者优先；
- 熟悉 私募基金法律法规及中基协监管要求，有基金设立及持续合规经验；
- 对 量化基金/对冲基金 的业务模式、交易特点及合规风险有较好理解；
- 具备独立负责复杂法律事务的能力，风险意识强，逻辑清晰；
- 良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能与投研、运营、风控等多部门高效配合；
- 英文能力良好，能处理英文法律文件者优先。
