Legal Counsel (m/f/d)
I'm currently supporting an exciting, technology-driven business in the logistics sector that is looking to hire a Legal Counsel to join its growing team in Berlin.
This is an opportunity to step into a business-facing legal role where you'll work closely with teams across Operations, Finance, Sales, and Technology while helping to navigate the legal challenges that come with international trade and supply chains.
The position offers a broad scope of responsibility, including commercial contract work, dispute and litigation management, debt recovery matters, operational legal support, and the development of scalable legal processes that support business growth. You'll have the chance to make a tangible impact, working on matters that directly influence commercial outcomes and strategic decision-making.
We're looking to speak with fully qualified lawyers who enjoy solving complex problems, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives, and partnering with stakeholders across a fast-paced organisation. The ideal candidate will bring a pragmatic mindset and a willingness to take ownership in an environment where legal is seen as a key business partner rather than just a support function.
This role could be particularly attractive for lawyers with experience in logistics, transportation, maritime, freight forwarding, supply chain, or other highly operational industries. Key requirements:
* German qualified lawyer (Second State Examination)
* Approximately 4+ years of post-qualification experience
* Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and drive matters forward
