This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in investor communications, RFP writing, and performance analytics, looking to make an impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the completion of RFPs, DDQs, and other investor due diligence materials.
- Assist in the creation, refinement, and management of presentations and marketing collateral.
- Analyze fund performance and portfolio data to support investor reporting and communications.
- Collaborate with investment, product, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across materials.
- Maintain and update internal databases and CRM systems with investor and consultant interactions.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-8 years of experience in investor relations, RFP writing, sales support or a similar role within asset management or hedge funds.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into clear messaging.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Experience managing RFPs/DDQs and working with institutional investors.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
