Salary: $75,000-$85,000 + Annual Bonus
Client Summary:
Our client is a leading global alternative investment manager with over $200B in AUM across private equity, real estate, and other alternative investment strategies. They are seeking to hire an Investor Relations Associate to join their Private Equity group and support investor engagement, capital formation initiatives, and team operations.
The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for:
- Supporting investor outreach initiatives
- Preparing presentations, reports, and analyses for investor meetings and internal strategic discussions
- Coordinating meeting logistics, scheduling, and follow-up deliverables
- Managing and enhancing investor data, profiles, and reporting across CRM records
- Analyzing investor feedback and maintaining reporting to support capital raising efforts
- Assisting with due diligence requests, strategic projects, and process improvement initiatives
The Investor Relations Associate should have the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, asset management, or financial services
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong project management skills
