Selby Jennings is partnering with a boutique Investment Bank/Private Equity firm headquartered in Las Vegas, specializing in middle-market transactions, with a strong focus on real estate, gaming, and hospitality sectors. They offer a unique platform providing hands-on exposure to capital markets, M&A, and private equity through their affiliated fund.
They are seeking a highly motivated Vice President to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions and gain significant client exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the end-to-end execution of M&A and capital markets transactions
- Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables.
- Drive financial modeling, valuation analyses, and preparation of client presentations.
- Collaborate closely with senior bankers to develop strategic insights and deliver exceptional client service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking, commercial banking, or real estate lending.
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ties to Las Vegas (family, partner, prior residency, etc.) or strong affinity for the region.
- Interest in gaming, real estate, and middle-market transactions.
