I'm representing a growing middle-market investment bank seeking a Vice President (or experienced Senior Associate) to join its Commercial Services team. The firm has invested heavily in senior talent and is now focused on building out the team beneath a highly regarded leadership group, creating strong opportunities for growth, mentorship, and advancement.
Responsibilities
- Execute M&A transactions within the Commercial Services sector
- Manage due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction processes
- Prepare client presentations and marketing materials
- Work directly with senior bankers and clients on live deals
- Mentor junior team members and manage execution workstreams
Qualifications
- 4+ years of direct investment banking experience
- Significant M&A transaction experience
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
