About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Process Innovation Manager to partner with senior leadership in designing and implementing next-generation workflows, systems, and technology within a leading Investment Banking group. This role combines strategic process design, technological fluency, and strong stakeholder influence to create a more efficient, data-driven, and AI-enabled operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current workflows and design intuitive, scalable processes that enhance efficiency and strategic insight.
- Deploy technology and AI solutions to automate and optimize deal processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Accounting, Consulting) to ensure seamless integration across systems.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
- Benchmark against industry best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 4-6+ years of experience in Investment Banking operations, process improvement, or technology-enabled transformation.
- Proven expertise in workflow design and process automation.
- Strong technology fluency and understanding of AI applications in business.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
Work Model
This is an onsite role based in Denver, CO. Minimal travel required.
