Investment Banking Associate
An elite boutique investment bank is actively seeking Associates (Associate 1 through Associate 3) to join its Healthcare Services team in NYC. This is an opportunity to join one of the most established and respected healthcare franchises on the Street, working alongside senior bankers who advise leading healthcare services companies, private equity sponsors, and strategic acquirers on high-profile M&A and capital raising transactions.

Responsibilities
- Execute live M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions across the healthcare services sector
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
- Prepare client presentations, board materials, marketing documents, and other transaction-related deliverables
- Participate in due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, sponsors, legal advisors, and other transaction parties
- Conduct industry and company research across healthcare services subsectors
- Mentor analysts and contribute to the overall execution and development of the team
- Work directly with senior bankers and gain exposure to client-facing responsibilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of investment banking experience
- Currently an Investment Banking Associate or Senior Associate at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, or well-regarded middle-market investment bank
- Strong M&A execution and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience preparing client presentations and managing transaction processes
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare and healthcare services sectors
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
