We're currently partnered with a leading middle market healthcare-focused investment bank is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join their team in Denver. This is an opportunity to work on a wide range of M&A and strategic advisory assignments across the healthcare sector, partnering directly with senior bankers and clients in a highly entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions and strategic advisory engagements
  • Build financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
  • Prepare management presentations, confidential information memoranda, and client deliverables
  • Conduct industry and company research to support transaction execution and business development efforts
  • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with transaction stakeholders
  • Work closely with clients, private equity firms, attorneys, and other advisors throughout the deal process
  • Mentor Analysts and support the development of junior team members

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of investment banking experience
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
  • M&A transaction experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
