Investment Banking Associate
We are currently partnered with a fast-growing investment bank on an aggressive growth trajectory, with plans to nearly double in size over the next year. Known for its highly personalized client service and deep sector expertise, the firm has already secured more than 15 mandates for the coming year. Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of deal flow, our client is seeking to add an Investment Banking Associate to its Sports, Media, and Entertainment team.
The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:
- Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external resources in the due diligence process for M&A transactions.
- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions
- Conducting extensive industry, market, and company-specific research.
- Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.
The Investment Banking Associate should have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years within investment banking.
- Industry experience in either sports, media, entertainment, or healthcare.
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
- Strong M&A experience.
