Overview
We are currently partnering with a premier middle-market investment bank seeking to add an Investment Banking Associate to its growing team. This opportunity offers exposure to high-profile M&A and capital markets transactions across a variety of industries while working alongside some of the most accomplished bankers in the market.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex financial models, including valuation, merger, LBO, and operating models.
- Conduct detailed financial, operational, and commercial analysis for M&A transactions and strategic advisory engagements.
- Support transaction execution from initial marketing through close.
- Work closely with senior bankers and clients to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Prepare pitch materials, management presentations, marketing documents, and transaction analyses.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments to support client engagements and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of investment banking experience.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Demonstrated experience executing M&A and/or capital markets transactions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
- Based in Richmond, VA, Atlanta, GA, or Charlotte, NC, or willing to relocate.
