Compensation: $100,000 base salary + bonus

We are currently partnered with a premier middle-market investment bank based in Houston, TX. Our client is seeking a talented and driven Investment Banking Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, energy, power, consumer, industrials, technology, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and valuation
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and internal reports
- Support senior bankers in deal execution and business development
- Assist in managing client relationships and transaction processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Banking, Leveraged Finance, Debt/Equity Capital Markets, Corporate Development, or Private Equity
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Houston, TX
