About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Investment Associate to join the investment team of a leading private equity platform. This role offers early‑career professionals the opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure to private equity fund investing, portfolio monitoring, and product structuring across flagship investment products.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Analysis:
Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and performance analysis of private equity funds and co‑investment opportunities.
Support due diligence on fund managers and portfolio companies.
Portfolio Monitoring:
Track fund performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, cash flow waterfalls).
Prepare quarterly reports and investor presentations.
Market Research:
Map industry trends, fund strategies, and competitive positioning.
Provide insights to support investment decision‑making.
Product Support:
Assist in structuring and marketing investment products.
Draft investment memos and materials for internal committees and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaise with fund managers, advisors, and internal teams.
Contribute to investor education initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or asset management.
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel, PowerPoint; SQL/Python a plus).
Solid understanding of private equity fund structures and portfolio monitoring.
Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and motivated to build a career in private equity.
