What You'll Do
As a key strategic partner to executive leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, supporting acquisition readiness, and implementing growth-focused initiatives throughout the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with firm leaders to identify revenue growth opportunities and expand existing client relationships
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies that drive measurable revenue growth
- Implement business development processes, pipeline management, forecasting disciplines, and CRM best practices
- Lead cross-selling initiatives across multiple service offerings and business units
- Support M&A growth initiatives by helping firms prepare for acquisitions and integrate new partners successfully
- Drive adoption of technology, automation, AI, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Manage multiple strategic growth projects simultaneously from planning through execution
- Analyze pipeline performance, revenue trends, and key growth metrics to inform leadership decision-making
- Work directly with senior executives and firm leadership teams to create accountability and deliver results
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in growth strategy, business development, go-to-market leadership, revenue operations, management consulting, or related commercial functions
- Demonstrated success building and implementing scalable revenue growth programs
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives
- Experience driving organizational change and implementing new processes across distributed teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and performance metrics to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience within professional services, consulting, accounting, financial services, or a multi-location service organization is highly preferred
- Exposure to M&A, integration, private equity environments, or platform businesses is a significant plus
