Role Overview
The individual will be responsible for driving asset growth across the Middle East region by engaging institutional investors and promoting the firm's investment capabilities. This role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to navigate complex institutional sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to raise assets across multiple investment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and family offices.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure compliance.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA preferred.
- Significant experience in institutional sales within asset management.
- Proven track record of raising assets from Middle Eastern investors.
- Strong understanding of investment products (equities, fixed income, alternatives).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- English required; Arabic preferred.
