I am overseeing a financial operations specialist role with a mid-sized foreign asset management group. The position offers exposure to both finance administration and internal management assistance. You would be tasked with owning the financial sector and overseeing reporting, while also working closely with upper management to assist in internal processes. Role Overview:
The financial operations specialist will play a key role in covering both the financial sector and HR responsibilities within the companies' operations. Reporting to the Vice President, the role includes coverage in payments, reconciliations, and budgeting, as well as assisting in payroll processing for the staff.
Responsibilities:
- Handling of payments, reconciliations, and budgeting
- Conduct cross-functional work with the home finance team
- Process ADP payroll for entire company
- Internal communications with overseas team and interaction with management
- Oversee hybrid office and lead team of 12 through day to day processes
- Work with domestic and international clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, administration, or related field
- 4-7 years' experience in accounting, financial services, banking
- Familiarity with ADP systems
- Extensive ability to communicate directly with C-Suite
