Our client is seeking an experienced Equity Derivatives Structurer to join our client's team in London, focusing on France Retail Markets. This permanent position is ideal for professionals with 3-9 years of relevant experience who are looking to shape innovative equity solutions for a key European retail client base. You will be involved in designing and structuring complex equity products, working closely with front-office stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions across Risk Recycling, Exotics, Hybrids and Light Exotics.
Key Skills and Experience
- Solutions structuring: Developing customised equity derivative solutions that address specific retail market needs, balancing commercial objectives with risk management and regulatory considerations.
- Structuring: Designing and pricing equity-linked products, including exotics and hybrid structures, ensuring accurate modelling and robust transaction frameworks.
- Equity expertise: Strong understanding of equity markets and equity derivatives, enabling effective product innovation and informed discussion with trading, sales, and risk teams.
- Risk Recycling: Creating structures that efficiently transfer and manage risk, optimising balance sheet usage while meeting investor requirements.
- Exotics and Light Exotics: Experience with complex pay-off profiles and non-vanilla equity products for retail distribution, ensuring appropriate structuring and documentation.
- Hybrids: Working with cross-asset hybrid structures that combine equity with other asset classes to deliver diversified investment solutions to retail clients.
