Entry Level - Underwriting Specialist

What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and assess risk for a bundled commercial insurance product that includes General Liability, Property, Workers' Compensation, and Commercial Auto.
- Review referrals, process endorsements, manage policy rewrites and cancellations, and conduct post-bind audits to ensure underwriting integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support quoting and binding processes, ensuring alignment with underwriting guidelines and risk appetite.
- Deliver exceptional service by resolving billing discrepancies, responding to client inquiries, and supporting multi-channel customer journeys.
- Adapt quickly to changes in technology, regulatory requirements, and business strategy in a start-up-like environment.
- Draft clear and professional communications for premium audit processes and customer correspondence.
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to wear multiple hats and support cross-functional initiatives.
