EB-5 Representative

Overview

We are seeking an experienced EB‑5 Market Representative to lead and expand investor and migration‑agent relationships across Vietnam. This individual will serve as a key on-the-ground representative for U.S.-based EB‑5 offerings, working closely with senior leadership and affiliated entities to drive compliant capital raising activity and long-term market growth.

This role is highly relationship-driven and execution-focused, ideal for someone who understands the nuances of the Vietnam EB‑5 market and can operate effectively within an established global structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with Vietnamese migration agencies, education agents, and HNW investor networks
• Represent approved U.S. EB‑5 projects and Regional Center offerings in-market
• Coordinate investor education events, seminars, and one-on-one meetings
• Act as the primary local liaison between Vietnam partners and U.S. leadership
• Support due diligence, compliance, and investor onboarding processes
• Provide ongoing market intelligence, competitor insights, and regulatory updates
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and affiliated entities to ensure consistent messaging and execution

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Direct EB‑5 industry experience is required
• Established relationships within the Vietnam EB‑5 / migration agency ecosystem
• Demonstrated success raising EB‑5 capital or managing EB‑5 investor pipelines
• Strong understanding of EB‑5 compliance, investor suitability, and agent structures
• Ability to work within a structured, collaborative environment
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (Mandarin a plus)
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed
