We are seeking a high-performing Delta One Sales Director to join a leading global investment bank, driving growth across institutional client segments in the United States and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.
About the Role:
This is a strategic sales position focused on delivering Delta One solutions-including equity swaps, ETFs, custom baskets, and synthetic products-to a sophisticated institutional client base. You'll be part of a globally integrated team, leveraging the bank's platform to deepen relationships and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and execute Delta One trades across a broad range of products
- Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients including hedge funds, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, and pension plans
- Collaborate with trading, structuring, and research teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Provide market intelligence and product innovation to meet evolving client needs
- Drive revenue growth across USA and APAC client segments
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in Delta One Sales at the Director level or above
- Strong understanding of equity derivatives, synthetic products, and financing structures
- Established relationships with institutional investors in the U.S. and APAC
- Ability to navigate complex client needs and deliver bespoke solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a global perspective
