About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to help build and maintain the technical backbone of a growing platform. This position involves working in a dynamic environment where scalability, reliability, and automation are key priorities.
You will design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring solutions. Collaboration with development and operations teams will be central to accelerating software delivery and improving system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Implement containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
- Monitor applications and infrastructure using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Automate deployment, scaling, and recovery processes
- Apply DevSecOps best practices (secrets management, IAM, vulnerability scanning)
- Collaborate with developers to optimize code for production environments
- Document architecture, processes, and runbooks
- Continuously improve performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform highly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Scripting/programming skills in Bash, Python, or Go
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Understanding of networking, security, and monitoring principles
