What You Will Do
- Develop and optimize high-performance C++ systems that operate close to the hardware
- Build infrastructure focused on latency, throughput, efficiency, and scalability
- Work alongside engineers across a global team on mission-critical platform initiatives
- Contribute to performance analysis, system optimization, and architecture decisions
- Collaborate with teams working on hardware-adjacent technologies, accelerators, and next-generation compute platforms
- Drive projects from design through production in a fast-paced engineering environment
Who You Are
- 2+ years of professional experience developing software in C++
- Strong understanding of computer systems, operating systems, memory management, concurrency, or performance optimization
- Experience building high-performance infrastructure, systems software, compilers, networking software, distributed systems, or hardware-adjacent applications
- Exposure to accelerators, compilers, GPUs, FPGAs, or low-level optimization is highly valued
- Bachelor's, Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Background can come from trading, big tech, infrastructure software companies, semiconductor firms, startups, or other highly technical environments
