A leading digital asset investment firm is looking for a C++ Software Engineer to build and optimize the systems that power automated trading across global cryptocurrency markets.
You'll work alongside traders and researchers to develop low-latency, high-performance trading infrastructure in a fast-moving environment where engineering has a direct impact on P&L.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance C++ applications.
- Build and enhance low-latency trading systems.
- Optimize performance across the trading stack.
- Work closely with traders, quants, and engineers to implement new strategies.
- Improve scalability, reliability, and monitoring of production systems.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience in modern C++ (C++17/20).
- Strong Linux systems knowledge.
- Experience with multithreading, networking, and performance optimization.
- Background in trading, fintech, crypto, or other latency-sensitive environments is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building performant systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cryptocurrency or digital asset markets.
- Knowledge of exchange connectivity and market data systems.
- Exposure to Python for tooling and automation.
