Corporate Sales
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with corporate clients, identifying opportunities to grow business across global markets products.
- Drive revenue generation through foreign exchange, derivatives, and risk management solutions.
- Support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience, improving operational efficiency, and optimizing business processes.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the markets business across the region.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, trading, product, and coverage teams to deliver client solutions.
- Manage and deepen client relationships through proactive engagement and solution-oriented advisory.
- Support the sales lifecycle, including client onboarding, product discussions, execution, and ongoing relationship management.
- Assist with process enhancement initiatives and contribute to broader team objectives.
- Participate in business-driven projects and other ad hoc initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience within financial markets, corporate banking, or a related area of the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of foreign exchange, interest rate products, derivatives, and corporate hedging solutions.
- Experience working with corporate clients and providing risk management or treasury-related solutions.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior internal and external counterparts.
- Proven relationship-building skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and market information platforms.
- Knowledge of data analytics, automation, or programming tools such as Python or VBA would be advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Chinese preferred.
- Eligibility to work in the relevant jurisdiction.
