About the role: Corporate Lawyer / Legal Counsel (m/f/d)
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and real impact. In this position, you will provide legal support across the entire organization, working closely with operational teams, international subsidiaries, and leadership.
You will have significant creative freedom, exposure to cross‑functional projects, and the chance to influence company-wide legal structures.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as an in‑house legal advisor for all departments in Germany as well as international subsidiaries.
- Provide legal support for new development initiatives, IT/digitalization projects, and global customer contracts.
- Analyze complex legal issues and prepare practical, solution‑oriented recommendations for management.
- Monitor legislative changes, conduct risk assessments, and evaluate their operational impact.
- Serve as a go-to point of contact for employees, helping raise awareness of legal and compliance topics.
- Draft, review, and negotiate national and international contracts.
- Standardize contract processes across the wider group and contribute to the creation of contract templates, T&Cs, and usage policies.
- Support the ongoing development and optimization of the contract management system.
- Assist with internal policies, processes, and the implementation of new standards.
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Law or Business Law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department.
- Fluent in GERMAN AND ENGLISH, both written and spoken.
- Interest in international law and working with global teams.
- High level of ownership, communication skills, and professionalism.
- Enjoys working hand in hand with different departments and cultures.
- Practical, solution-driven approach and comfort working in a dynamic environment.
