Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Business Development leader to drive revenue and market expansion across our suite of solutions. This role will include sales channel management and partnerships for growth, with a focus on advancing human sustainability across the maritime sector and adjacent industries.
Job Description:
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive strategic sales across wellness, telehealth, and safety solutions
Own revenue targets, forecasting, and deal strategy
Lead enterprise-level solution selling and negotiations
Deal Leadership & Execution
Manage high-value B2B deals end-to-end
Close complex MSAs and long-term partnerships
Act as the commercial lead in key client conversations
Account Growth & Retention
Build strong relationships with shipowners, operators, and enterprise clients
Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Lead QBRs and ensure value realization
Business Development
Identify and win new clients across maritime and industrial sectors
Build strategic partnerships and channel networks
Represent the company at industry events and forums
Experience:
10+ years in Sales / Business Development, with strong maritime experience (must-have)
Proven track record in enterprise sales and client acquisition
Strong exposure to shipping, offshore, or industrial environments
Ability to sell tech-enabled solutions (health, safety, fintech, or similar)
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
MBA or maritime background (COC or seafaring experience is a strong plus)
