Client Services Manager - Global Asset Manager [12-month]
Responsibilities for the Client Services Manager - Global Asset Manager:
- Deliver daily support to the regional Wholesale and Private Banking teams
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure readiness for client engagements and effective promotion of investment solutions.
- Prepare and organize sales collateral, including portfolio review documents, pitch decks, and product factsheets.
- Respond to client inquiries related to marketing materials and basic operational matters.
- Oversee client communication processes, including drafting and distributing correspondence.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties - for e.g. client seminars and roadshows, business tracking reports, etc.
Responsibilities for the Client Services Manager - Global Asset Manager:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Confident in interacting with stakeholders at all levels internally and externally.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
