Our client is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Client Manager to support their Premier Market segment, serving clients with 2-1,999 lives. This role is responsible for managing ongoing client relationships, resolving escalated service issues, and ensuring a seamless and strategic experience that drives satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing escalated service needs and delivering proactive, consultative support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and consultants through regular in-market engagement.
- Collaborate with internal sales and service teams to align on account strategy and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Analyze client data to inform renewal decisions and recommend tailored benefit solutions.
- Balance client needs with business objectives to drive mutual success and achieve financial and retention goals.
- Leverage technology platforms (Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Office) to manage accounts and deliver insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in client service, account management, or group insurance.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Tableau, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in the Mid Atlantic territory and be open to regular travel.
- Industry licensing required within 90 days of hire.
