Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations and driving strategic financial initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in managing cost structures for technology platforms and building scalable financial systems to support growth. The CFO will lead financial planning, analysis, compliance, and risk management while partnering with leadership to shape the company's strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and growth.
- Advise on capital allocation, investment opportunities, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing models, revenue optimization, and market expansion.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
- Monitor and optimize cost structures for technology and service delivery.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track performance and profitability.
Accounting & Compliance
- Oversee accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
- Implement scalable financial systems and processes to support growth.
- Drive automation and analytics in finance operations for efficiency.
- Support vendor negotiations and cost optimization initiatives.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in a technology-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of SaaS/BPaaS financial models and cost structures.
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
