Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Capital Raising professional to join a leading Fund Finance team in London. This role focuses on originating and managing relationships with institutional investors and Limited Partners (LPs) to support fund financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive capital raising initiatives for fund finance transactions, engaging directly with LPs and institutional investors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with private equity sponsors, asset managers, and their investor networks.
- Structure and negotiate financing solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with market trends and investor requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams across credit, legal, and syndication to deliver seamless execution.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in capital raising or investor coverage, ideally within fund finance, private equity, or structured credit.
- Strong network of LPs and institutional investors, with a track record of successful engagement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of fund structures, subscription facilities, and related financing products.
- VP-level experience in a banking or alternative investment environment.
