Business Corporate Controller
Position Overview
As Senior Corporate Business Controller, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial management reports that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You'll ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting in line with IFRS and JV Accounting principles, while adhering to group timelines and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group's management reporting strategy
- Define and implement relevant KPIs and performance metrics
- Lead the forecasting process and provide actionable insights to guide business decisions
- Prepare monthly management reports and board-level reporting packages
- Monitor performance against targets and track key metrics
- Collaborate with Controlling teams across Intermediates, Operations, and Commercial units to gather and consolidate data
- Ensure business processes are accurately reflected in the consolidation and reporting structure
- Analyze financial data and translate it into strategic insights for senior management
- Initiate and distribute performance steering information across the organization
Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Brings at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Is highly motivated, proactive, and self-driven
- Possesses strong conceptual and analytical thinking
- Takes initiative and consistently seeks opportunities to add value
