About the Opportunity
A growing investment platform is expanding its energy and infrastructure credit strategy and seeking an Associate to support deal execution across high‑impact sectors including energy transition, renewables, digital infrastructure, and essential services. The team combines long‑term capital, a collaborative culture, and the flexibility to pursue differentiated private credit opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Support end‑to‑end execution of private credit investments
- Lead financial modeling, underwriting, and market analysis
- Drive diligence processes and coordinate cross‑functional deal workflows
- Prepare clear, polished investment materials and present insights to the team
- Monitor portfolio companies and track performance updates
- Contribute market perspectives and value‑oriented analysis across sub‑sectors
- Take ownership within a lean, fast‑moving team environment
What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years experience in infrastructure investing, private credit, project finance, or investment banking
- Strong credit underwriting and risk assessment skills
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capability
- Effective communicator, comfortable presenting investment views
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self‑starter who thrives in lean teams and enjoys taking on responsibility
- Genuine interest in energy and infrastructure sectors
