Location: New York City (Hybrid - WeWork Midtown)
Compensation: $150K-$220K base + OTE (double base)

Unlike generic AI tools, their platform leverages finance-specific models and retrieval-augmented generation to convert unstructured data into actionable insights. Trusted by global firms including major insurers, banks, and private equity players, they have already saved clients over 50,000 hours of manual work.


Position Overview

They are seeking 2-3 experienced AI Sales Executives to join their growing U.S. team. This role will focus on new business development within financial institutions and represents a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-scaling AI company in a dynamic market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales across institutional finance clients in the U.S.
  • Engage senior decision-makers, including Heads of Credit, Equity, and Technology.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and leadership team.
  • Prepare for progression into a player-coach role within 8-12 months as the team expands.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven track record in new business sales within financial services.
  • Experience selling technology, SaaS platforms, or AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of institutional finance workflows and client needs.
  • Startup experience highly desirable; ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Attributes: Grit, reliability, resourcefulness, and a growth mindset.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • AI experience preferred but not mandatory.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to Head of Sales (London-based).
